Constitution Superseded : Continuity of Government : CIA COUP

Want to know why everything is terrible all the time? It's because Cheney and Rumsfeld instigated a neocon coup-d'etat of America with 9/11 attacks on the pentagon, with multiple redundancy (pentagon, fbi, cia and fema offices in WTC), to ensure they'd be able to pass the Continuity of Government plan.

The plan was renewed by Bush Jr. twice, and by Obama in 2009 and 2010 and is still in effect today. Obama has refused to allow the congress to consider stopping the state of emergency. Congresspeople do not talk about it. Anthrax attacks prevented the last two from publicly speaking up.

They are engaged in willful blindness that they are completely and totally irrelevant, that each congresspersons' daily work is completely meaningless...

...since the Congress and Supreme court act on the Constitution, which is completely superseded by the CIA: the constitution is currently meaningless.

Most people believe America is defined by our great set of laws, with checks and balances. If that is the case, there is no America, and there hasn't been since 9/11.

The CIA is extra-jurisdictional...the constitution does NOT APPLY TO THEM.
