There are written into Steem blockchain. There are no dedicated wallet yet, but you can always check your Pocket balance by sending for example 1 Pocket to yourself, like this:
in any comment (it have to be at the start of the comment, all in small letters). It will cost you that one Pocket (fee for confirmation bot) though.
