Many of u think fitness as a temporary goal i.e doing 2-3 months of shredding programme and gaining muscle losing weight.
We should understand that it is a lifestyle a part of ur daily routine it is same as food and water.

One day without exercise is a day wasted

I REALLY FEEL BAD WHEN PEOPLE JUDGE OTHERS WHO ARE WORKING THEIR ASS OFF FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS SAYING THAT HE SHE IS NOT GROWING/LOSING
