The Largest Steemit Group in Telegram

Hello my awesome steemian friends. I wish to inform you of a little discovery I made yesterday.
I stumbled on a Telegram group with 900plus members. I was really impressed by the organisation and structure in that group. I’m currently part of a whatsapp group with 200plus members and I have been looking for something like this.
I’m on steemit chat and discord but I have not been able to fully utilize these apps. I’m a little bit active on steemit chat but only on private chats. I seldom use the chat rooms.
I am an admin in a Facebook group with over 4,900members. It's called steemit post promotion. You can search for it and join us there. I'm also in many other Facebook groups.
The only thing I use Facebook to do these days is to promote my steemit posts and view posts from people who promote their stuff on Facebook.
The importance of being part of a smaller community in steemit cannot be overemphasized. Dont just be another face in the crowd. Steemit is a really vast ocean and you need to belong to be part of a smaller tribe that can support you in the case of a storm.
When I started in Steemit I didn't know any other Nigerian who was doing it. But when I discovered the Nigerian community I became very inspired. I was glad to know that there were Nigerians who were already ‘steeming’. I started using the Nigerian tag when @ehiboss discovered one of my posts and told me about the tag and the rest is ….

So, I met some of the guys that usually come for sundayselfies in that group(the 900plus telegram group). I met @dorth and @hearthbitcoin.
The importance of being part of a smaller community in steemit cannot be overemphasized. Don't just be another face in the crowd. Steemit is a really vast ocean and you need to belong to a tribe that can support you in case there is a storm.
Let's say you are going for a contest and you need people to vote for you. It becomes very easy to get votes when you part of a smaller group. All you need to do is ask the members of your group and if you have been a value adder in that group, you will get more than the help you require. When I saw @dorth in this steemit telegram group, I realised that this is his strength. @dorth can easily win Sundayselfies challenge any day any time and as he has done in the past because he has a community behind him.
The group is an initiative of @dreamchasser. They are also some really cool projects going on in that group. There is a project called airhawk project

@tojukaka The connection here on steemit is phenomenal one of the reasons why I love steemit so much is the communication between steemians, steemit brings out the fun in meeting people, and you get a benefit of life time.
I have had friends who had a huge impact on me and our community and are still impacting us you are one of them, you work tirelessly to inspire us on steemit to be responsible and achieve every success possible, your Sunday selfie contest is a great deal and we always looking forward to it.
The best part about having to join a community whether large or small on steemit cannot truly be overemphasized because it help right away if need be and when you need it. And you are able to hang out with them more. My relationship with steemians got better because we get to hang out more on this communities, we feel we are always together, so we get to bond more. When we started our community we barely hangout with other communities because we were running a rigid system now it's feel like weve been under the rock the whole time .
I am very grateful I have such an awesome steemian friend I'd like to join your large facebook community..I don’t know how you are able to stay connected with all of this lol .Maybe you have secret superpowers. @tojukaka, now my cover is blown...lol... One can't overemphasise the power of a community. It is very important to survive on steemit. And if you are lucky to have resourceful people in your community too like I have a bunch of them in ours, then u are in for a cool ride. You can read the second publication on the @airhawk-project account here . It highlights how the group survived even with the low payout syndrome that always befall groups.
