They have arrived!

Before the subject above, a little update. I've found my 4th planet couple of days ago, an uncommon Earth. NC statistics been rather kind to me lately and that I'm grateful.

As a result this makes me a bigger target for attack & looting. Unfortunately, my resource production is not coping fast enough for me to enhance and upgrade unless I spend on chests to hasten the process but still require the element of time to produce defending ships.

While on my usual run at a local gym's treadmill, a solution presented itself that is to hire or buy the biggest guns available.
Coincidentally, a fellow alliance member showed up with an offer which fit perfectly as a temporary solution. After couple of pleasant PM, a deal was struck and it took almost 4 Earth days of travelling for them to get here. Finally arrived safely moments ago, BanaSphere's five brand new Destroyers (Janus + Rockets).

Having a shield generators & bunkers can only save some resource. If someone decide to fly 1 Corvette towards your planet, you can kiss your civilian vessels (Explorer / Transporter) goodbye, unless they are out on mission. It will feel more satisfying to be able to defend & whip these pesky rouge attack missions.

So far in BETA Ring 2/0, it is still peaceful at the moment but it won't last.

As that fellow clan member once said, "Transporters are overrated".
