Washington declares a state of emergency and prepares for the onslaught of Hurricane Florence
The fear was installed during the weekend, as the projections of the National Hurricane Center (NHC, for its acronym in English) were known. Today in the first hour, finally, the city declared a state of emergency for the next 15 days and issued a series of directives to the residents. Among them, that they are "attentive to the alerts in real time" of the authorities, that foresee "how to communicate in case of urgency" and that they have reserves of water, food, remedies and other elements that can be of first necessity in means of disaster
