I love the beach/the ocean/riding ferries so this is a great example of a favorite vacation spot for me.

This is actually the very spot within the location. This is where I sit at the picnic table with my sister and drink Tim Horton's coffee (dark roast, black) and she art journals and I write in my spiral notebook.
Is that a door in the background? What is it?
It's a gaily painted outhouse. Pure comfort in the woods. But I do like to think of it as a door because, as you saw, it looks like a door to another world.
They say one of the best places to relax is the toilet so in a way outhouses can take you to different kinds of worlds lol!

Under the guava tree or any tree for that matter be it in the mountains or by the beach. I can always find home under the shade of a tree.

Ireland as a whole would have to be my favorite vacation spot, but most specifically along the coast and the Cliffs of Moher. I was only there once, and for a much shorter time than I'd like, but there's something so powerful about it that I keep looking back at the pictures I took and I keep longing to return which is why I consider it to be my favorite.
