A few days ago I was at a college graduation and in the parking lot I stumbled across a good find.(a few of them actually.)
As I was looking for a place to park I saw what I thought was a Jaguar F-Pace...yep, sure enough, that's what it was.
This one was loaded. All leather, sun roof, turbocharged 3.0L(courtesy of Ford by the way) and all wheel drive. That's a lot of fun in one SUV!๐
I wasn't even over the excitement of that find as I crept further in the lot in search of a spot, when I saw this!!!
IT'S A MASERATI GRANTURISMO
(And a Pininfarina upgrade at that!!!)
It's around 450 HP of tire wasting fun!!!
This one's even a convertible, so that brings it in at around $250,000 USD.๐
AT THIS POINT I LOOKED AROUND AND REALIZED I WAS SORROUNDED BY QUITE A FEW OTHER RARE BEAUTIES TOO!!!
Okay...so as I was looking at these forged works of art a thought come to my mind...Steemit.
Then, just as quickly, two good Steemit friends came to mind, @kenikat and @doomsdaychassis. My first thought was, I wish they could see this.๐ Then I thought, "I wonder what cars they and all my friends on Steemit like?"
And here's a thought that just popped into my mind...

Yeah, I like Jeeps also. However I am in Mercury man. I currently drive a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis. I was the second owner of this car. And I bought it with 81000 miles on it in 2004. I now have 392000 miles on her. That's enough miles to go to the moon and half way back almost! And she has done all of this with her original engine and transmission. Plus, if you can believe this, she has never made me walk!!! Anyways, thanks so much for stopping by and playing. You are the first responder. And also your entry is accepted. I honestly don't have a specific car I would want. If presented with the opportunity to have any one I wanted for free. What I would likely do is ... research what one is the most expensive and pick that one.

That's why it's a dream ๐ Had a friend of the family that had one and when I got my license let me drive it. At the time he only wanted 8k (like a 16 yr old has 8k laying around). Hopefully though in the next year or 2 I'll be able to get one of the others. We live in Colorado so I would like something that can have 4wd due to the weather. I've always like trucks tho LOL
My sister lives in Colorado!!! In Parker. At least I'm pretty sure that's the name of the town. She hasn't been there long. And brother keep on dreaming! All I want is a Mercury Marauder and I'll be happy! The Grand Marquis I have now has almost 400,000 miles on it, and I've had her since she was 4 years old and only had 81,000 on her. She's made it this far with her original engine and transmission. And she still runs good. To get a little bit of rest though, but she's made that trip to Colorado before. Just last year as a matter of fact.๐ She's been a good girl to me. She's never even made me walk.
I want to have vios, nothing really expensive๐
You are the second person so far to say a Vios. This makes me think they must be pretty good cars. We do not have them in America. My car now is very old and small not enough for a 7 member family.

And I had to buy my car which holds 6 people. It took me forever to be able to get it, but I finally did. And I have now had that car for 14 years. It had 81,000 miles on it when I bought it(130,000km.) And now it has 400000 miles on it (800,000km). And that is with the same engine and transmission that it had when it was built. ๐ She really has been such a great card to me and so I still drive her with no plans of getting rid of her. She has been so loyal, and reminds me of you, my dear friend, @long888.

I've always had a soft spot for jaguars - so, if they produced a sport-minivan crossover, that would be awesome (I have a family after all, and we want to go camping this summer...)
Then, there's always a particular DeLorean... (but it would have to be that special one - otherwise it's too small for us.)
But really, honestly? I'd rather have horses. ;-)

We live in Wyoming, so possibly just about anywhere - though we do want to get over to Rushmore this summer - I've somehow managed to miss South Dakota in all my travels!
But we also have to get out to the coast and pick up some stuff that I have stored out there - so there may be camping involved on that journey as well.
How did I miss this. I have always wanted a black WS6 trans am. they look mean as hell.
I have a 2000 SS Camaro so I guess that is close enough since it is the same build platform

Yes. That would be funny. As long as I can look under her hood and maybe a good shot or two of her rearend.
it has a fast 90 mm intake, long tubes, 150 shot of go baby go and a ford 9 inch from mosier under it with 4.11s and a spool. So it has some ford stuff. lol
They shut our track down before I got to run it with the nitrous but it ran a 12.2 @ 112 then. that is a stock long block. never had the valve covers off it.
I'm a fan of BMW. But in this case, gimme a jaguar

A Lamborghini.
Always loved it as a kid and imagined myself speeding with it on a cool straight lane on a sunny day with some cool sun -shade glasses on. When i think of it, i just find myself living it in my head ๐๐๐
But looking at the pics i can also take a jaguar or alfa romeo.
