Australian Wood Duck (Eight Photos)
This duck goes by the names Australian Wood Duck or Maned Duck, Chenonetta jubata. It has a bill more like a goose and so it is also sometimes referred to as the Maned Goose. These are widespread and common throughout Australia.

These were taken with the Canon 7D and the Canon EF 400mm f/5.6 L lens.
