Vinumitineris new trip through natural wine
Hello steemit community,
I'd like to introduce myself and to present my project for this platform.
My name is Dylan I'm 24 and I’ve been working in the hospitality industry since I was a child. During my career, I developed a particular taste for wine and spirits.
Through my first job in the wine industry, I felt unconditionally in love with this world.
I spent a few years studying and tasting all sort of wines and I began appreciating an even more specific section of wine which is natural wine.
Organic wine or natural wine became my passion and together with it, the entire world of organic products.

The aim of my next articles will be to share my passion and my discoveries with all interested people and to increase awareness about the importance of nature in our life.
I'll be following the guideline below:
I would like to start by explaining the functioning of the soil and the plants, then the cycle of the vines and to conclude with the production, maturation, and difference between wines, terroir, country, and grapesort. All this will be detailed by uploading my researches, my tasting notes and the story of my wine’s trip.
As I am not just passionate about wine I will be adding tokens about other subjects from time to time.
