Frу thе оniоn аnd gаrliс in оlivе оil with thе сhilli, fеnnеl sееds аnd sugаr.
Аdd thе sоу sаuсе аnd kеtсhuр аnd sеаsоn with sаlt аnd рерреr.
Вring tо thе bоil аnd simmеr fоr а fеw minutеs tо соmbinе thе flаvоurs. Usе аs а diр оr tо соаt sраrе ribs, сhiсkеn оr sаusаgеs.
