Natestate (NEST) - Crowdfund / Co-Op / House Backed Asset (HBA) Idea
Recently have been brainstorming this idea of a Crowdfund / Co-Op / House Backed Asset Idea
Virtualgrowth likes this idea and has offered to potentially make an (user issued) asset for this idea. If there is interest a token asset on bitshares could be used to partially represent this idea. A house in a form of crowdfund and a way to be involved in making decisions and learning about buying a house with part of the people in our crypto community that have helped more of this idea to be thought out. Watch for more on the development of this idea. Have offered to assist with the creation of a bitshares UIA for this idea if that option is chosen. With concerns of market liquidity a different path may be considered. If enough people are interested vritualgrowth may create a bitshares asset to represent part of this idea as possibilities are thought out. Thank you for everyone helping add to this great idea!

My mind has just entered a space in opportunity that I did not believe we had reached so early in the game. This is such huge news! The first house owned on the blockchain. Thank you for teaching us of this and the truly uncapped potential for what is unfolding. I feel I learn more in a day on steemit than in a month of school.
