SHOULD we flag or even remove questions posted on Musing.io which answers can be easily found on Google and other search engines?

Indeed these "factual" questions are annoying. But because it's hard to judge the "quality" of a question before it gained exposure to other users, we can only bear with them for the time being.
I guess as these "spammers" found out that they are draining their RCs without getting any upvotes, they will give up "spamming" on Musing.io.
