Tomb Raider movie trailer released by Warner Bros

The first Tomb Raider movie trailer was released by Warner Bros. The Tomb Raider movie is based on the unimaginably popular Tomb Raider game franchise. See the trailer in the middle of this post.

Previously we saw a short teaser of the Tomb Raider movie appearing on Twitter. In this teaser we could take a look at Lara Croft. The full two minute trailer appeared on Twitter and Youtube.

Tomb Raider cast

In addition to the trailer i have also put the entire cast in a row. The Tomb Raider movie contains:

• Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft.
• Walton Goggins as Father Mathias Vogel.
• Daniel Wu as Lu Ren.
• Dominic West as Lord Richard Croft.
• Hannah John-Kamen as Sophie.
• Antonio Aakeel as Nitin.

Nick Frost will also play a role in the film. What role this will be is not yet known.

Details about the Tomb Raider movie trailer

The trailer is a good idea of ​​what we can expect from the movie. For example, the film will contain a backlit of a young Lara Croft with her father. In addition, we get a mysterious atmosphere in the trailer and we see Lara walking in the jungle with an arrow and bow. This is something that fans of the game franchise will definitely recognize.

This will not be the first movie adaptation of the Tomb Raider game franchise. There are already two Tomb Raider movies with Angelina Jolie in the role of Lara Croft. Now Oscar-winning actress Alicia Vikander is in the role and is her turn to experience the adventures of Lara Croft.
