Cellulitis (Cellulite): What is it and can you really overcome?

Cellulitis (or actually cellulite) consists of subcutaneous fat cells grouped by connective tissue. Cellulite does not hurt and is not necessarily unhealthy, but many women are there it really so bad because it does not fit their feelings in the perfect body image and fashion plate. They simply do not find cellulite : ugly or unesthetic. Cellulitis mainly denies the hips, buttocks and thighs...

Who gets cellulite?

Most women have or get cellulite. You may be affected to a greater or lesser extent, but eventually 90 to 95% of women will suffer. Asian and dark-skinned women have a much less chance of cellulite than white women.

Cellulite is also hardly related to obesity, while you may expect this... Well, cellulite is made up of fat cells , and as fat cells grow as you carry more weight with you, cellulite will usually be better seen. if you are overweight.

What can you do with cellulite?

Eat lots of whole foods and especially drink plenty of water and green tea to optimize your internal moisture content!

In addition, there is still plastic surgery, but this is not a perfect or trouble-free solution for cellulite . Cellulitis treatments are especially expensive, but they never guarantee an optimal result. In fact, the results are all too often foul. Finally, you see "Dry Skin Brushing" (DSB) increasingly occur as home treatment for cellulite, but this is not a scientifically substantiated cellulite control method.

Finally

Cellulitis is just a difficult problem; and a very good method of preventing or losing cellulite does not exist (yet). There are, in particular, a lot of companies that make money (trying to earn) and thus promise results that they can not afford. So beware of this before you spend your money on a bulky product or cash-treating cellulite treatment.
