Looking for Small Beauties - Adding Colors to the World
We look at gross and obvious things in nature by default. That is how we are made. But when we pause for a moment and consider the little things in life, we see the beauty unfolding and we are able to appreciate the bigger things the more, knowing that these little things are what make up the bigger ones. That is life.
When we appreciate the little things in life. We will be the better for it. And we will be happier. A little love, a little token of friendship, a little kind word. These grow and become inspirations for greater things in our lives and the society in which we live.
This little flowers less than half a centimeter caught my attention on my way to work. The surrounding bush became more beautiful as these minute flowers dilute the velvety green surroundings with their white and inner pink.
Let us always dilute the monotonous environment with our little inner beauties. The little words and actions borne out of love and compassion. Let us add color to our world.
