Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the greatest bodybuilders whoever came to Earth with 5 Mr. Universe and 7 Mr. Olympia titles. An actor (mostly known for The Terminator), producer, businessman, investor, author, philanthropist, activist, politician. He was a 38th Governor of California for two terms.

Which of Arnold's rules is your favorite and why?
If you ask me, breaking the rules (rule #2) is definitely the one I consider most. It opens my mind to a higher perspective, awareness. It also opens doors to undiscovered places. I believe that a free bird flying up in the sky is experiencing a way more fulfilled life than a bird locked in a cage. Rules put us in the cage but also give us a direction and control.
