🌈 Nature Signs #2: Apples

Why do we have apples on Earth? Have you ever wondered? Let's see.

Some friendly apples asked for a picture. You may ask: "Okay, Forest, what is so special about those apples?" Well, they are colorful, have eyes and mouths. But is that all? Let's dive a little bit deeper to find out!

Now if you are going to cut one of those friendly apples in half (opposite side from tips) this is what you are going to find next.

What do we see? An almost perfectly symmetrical 5 star inside the apple! Wow! But what does it mean?

Don Tolman explains that a human body stands in a 5 pointed star (head, arms and legs). And so those 5 points represent 5 different human experiences. Phrases are in Latin:

1. Citius - swifter mentally (head).
2. Altius - higher emotionally (arm).
3. Fortius - stronger physically (arm).
4. Socius - trust (leg).
5. Moneta - good relationships (leg).

From my personal experience, whenever I eat an apple it always does give me an energy boost, emotional stability and mental clearance. I especially eat one before I go training. I definitely recommend trying and observing it yourself. You can always leave a comment below with your personal experiences.

By the way, Citius, Altius, Fortius is also known as Olympic motto for Olympic Games meaning Faster, Higher, Stronger.
