Arnold is a beast and I agree with some of what he says. What he seems to be overlooking though is that not everybody’s brain is wired like his. Also not everybody carries a set of freak, or even average-grade, genes. For example, if you wake up each night ten-odd times because of bodily discomfort or pain, then six hours in bed won’t pass muster unfortunately. Which is why Arnold’s advice may apply only to some specific ranges of people and their circumstances.

Totally agreed with what he said about 'don't be afraid to fail' just remember to pick yourself up and try again. With each failure we learn and adjust and we can be successful at the end. Confidence in oneself is important in order to dare to try new things.
