My aim is to help my readers apply these outlined tips for building personal growth in every of their endeavors. You could by revelation and by wisdom reach exponential growth and attain supernatural acceleration as you operate these nuggets.

Give the World an Idea that Serves a Need and You Would Be Rewarded for it

Give the world just one solution to a need, and you are in business!

The inventors of this world have produced thoughts that made them rich, and re-wrote the history of their generations.

HAVE YOU STARTED THINKING OF AN IDEA, ANY SOLID IDEA?

Principle 4:

_ BECOME AS SKILLED WITH YOUR RIGHT HAND AS WITH YOUR LEFT HAND_

This refers to eclectic, creative resourcefulness and versatility which brooks no limitations.

1 Chronicles 12:1, 2 tells the story of the unique fighting force that was so creative and resourceful at warfare that soldiers of the force were skilled with both hands:

Now these are they that came to David to Ziklag, while he yet kept himself close because of Saul the son of Kish: and they were among the mighty men, helpers of the war. They were armed with bows, and could use both the right hand and left in hurling stones and shooting arrows out of a bow…..

This is the right portrait of an incredibly versed fighting force. The fighting force comprised of gifted and ambidextrous warriors. If any one of them as much as lost the use of one hand in the heat of battle, then the prosecution of warfare was not at all hampered. The maimed combatant simply resumed fighting with his good hand.

The object lesson here is for the Christian believer to broaden his or her scope with increased versatility and proficiency. Such a person is usually malleable and adaptive, able to exhibit incredulous capacity at varied tasks. He or she could at short notice fit into several moulds. You should hone your skills to such an extent.

Principle 5:

HARNESS THE CREATIVE SKILLS OF OTHERS

If what you are doing is something you are able to cope with by yourself, I do not need a crystal ball to figure it is small scale. You cannot accomplish any venture of disproportionate size alone! No, I do not disregard the ability or anointing that you carry!

The truth is that no one man single-handedly achieves any grand schemes. You require the input, outputs as well as services of talented staff, associates, and other collaborators. It does not matter the nature of the venture, whether it be converting fresh dairy into yogurt or organizing a multiple citywide crusade or making the internet more accessible.

The mistake lies with those who, out of conceit, imagine there are no other persons talented beside themselves. They are, therefore, unable to delegate even the simplest of tasks. They rationalize this behavior by insisting everything should have their personal touch!

You might have heard about Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation but not about Art Pelster. Yet the stories of Harland Sanders and the early years of Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation are incomplete without a mention of Pelster.

Originally an aerospace engineer, Art Pelster changed to a food engineer at Kentucky Fried Chicken. He invented and patented several new types of frying as well as heating equipments for firm. While Harland Sanders gets the widest mention, there were worthy pillars supporting the outcomes!

Entrust chores to qualified talents and do not be intimidated by their dexterity! Oh, you need the dexterity of talented associates, persons with remarkable flair and canny aptitudes for attaining outstanding things. Go out of your way to hire irrepressible talent once you can afford it; aspire to that status if you do not yet possess such means. Spare no costs and scrimp not on the budget, if only to get quality help.

Principle 6:

CULTIVATE SINGLE FOCUS AND APPLY ZEAL TO YOUR GOD-GIVEN VISION

Sacrifice is essential to focus. Never become distracted from your goal!

They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one in his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path….. Joel 2:7, 8

All things are possible if you believe, but you cannot possibly be everything to everybody. Concentrate on one thing that you have gained mastery at and excel in it! Search the scriptures, you will find verse after illustrative verse populated with men and women who by shear obstinacy of belief and unshakeable resolve moved the Hand of God.
