The target of a “war” is not having a multitude to fight the battle, or several voices to decide when you launch the attack on the enemy force. If that be the case, what's the 411?

Often times, so many brilliant ideas are conceived and are far beyond the unbeatable strategies. But, there is only one impediment to the GROWTH of the idea(s) and that is “GROUP-THINKING”

Don't leave your battle in the hands of your army to DECIDE! I repeat DO NOT...

NB: It should be noted that this content and every other related contents on this subject are not aimed to stir up any individual, association or communities to rebel. But just a logical reasoning for building the subconscious minds.

Note this fact that, your primary objective isn't the structured and fortified armies but the Agility, Speed and Mobility (ASM) which the structure can deliver is the prominent objectives.
In the course of this mission, it is inevitable not to encounter people who are rebels and naturally characterized to be selfish. Let me explain the background to you, if you have a group/organisation that is under your supervision. You may want to be dictatorial in terms. Meanwhile, your attitude will make some people resent and rebel against you (maybe underground or they maybe confrontational about it)

While, you may decide to be easy going with them, some people will still exhibit their natural selfishness and you will have to unleash on them. The real fact here is that inside your “camp”, you have enemies and allies and in order to maintain a perfect and swift army. You need to create a chain of command whereby people don't feel choked or constrained by the influence you wield and yet ready to follow your lead.

How would you go about this?

The requirements of any leadership is far beyond the responsibility impose on such leader(s) to lead. It requires a subtle touch of giving the group some sense of relevance in terms of making contribution to the dev of things. That is, why leaders have to be vigilant when appropriating roles among his/her members - ensure you put the right people on board, those who will champion the idea not as though they have interest or ulterior motives against the idea but people who are ready to change the status quo around...

Create a room for participation, but don't fall for the trap of “group-thinking” - unwise decisions are made due to several options and opinions. Besides, the group itself has a working mind.

Conceal few details about your plans. You can't afford to let out all information about yourself and your next move in a way you cannot be able to retrieve it. Be wary of people who can replicate your ideas exact way you gave it, be cautious of them. These people are out there to harm and hunt you down.
If the world is going down just because you conceal a plan, I guess it is worth it.
