FAILURE SHOULD NOT BE A SETBACK.

Hello fellow steemians, trust you are all doing great over there. Today, i will like to Shade something about "FAILURE" how it has been affecting our activities and life and how we can fix it.

"Failure is simply an opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently."- Henry Ford

Dictionary say "Failure is the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objective, and may be viewed as the opposite of success."

First of all, I want you to believe that you are not a Failure.
We are taught how to do things in the right way. But if you want to achieve something different from what other people are achieving positively, you need to do different things in wrong way they did theirs.
Initiate a failure by doing something in another way others are doing it, make it naughty, silly, unthinkable and in a dangerous way. Watch why that failure can take you on a completely different path.

"One of the most common causes of failure is the habit of quitting when one is overtaken by temporary defeat." - Napoleon Hill

From the very first day that i got to understand this quote, since then I'd never quit to be defeated.
Because i understand that, It's very rare to see a successful man that has never experience Failure.

To me, solving problems is a bit like a drug. You are on it and you can't get off it. I spent three years seeking admission into universities, but each year, I sit tight and tighten up my belt for another challenge and i never give up to be defected till i MADE IT.

Same applies to each and everyone of us, we all have a target.
You might have been thinking why you are not making it right.
Remember i said "You are not a FAILURE": But you have to fail, and you have to fail often. You have to learn all there is from each failure. It's that simple.
The only other factor about this is to be mindful enough to fail at the right things.

Failure happens and we have all had our fair share of it. But from each failure, we learn two valuable lessons from it

• 1. That there was at least one reason we failed.
• 1. That we can rebound from that failure.

We all have failed in one way or the other in different ways. You have to encounter some failure before you can call yourself a successful man.
This failures goes thus;

• Career Choice
• Serious Relationship
• Friendship
• Attempt At Greatness
• Understanding of what is to come
• Promotion
• Healthy Bank Account.

Note;Regardless of your definition of greatness, unless you fail at achieving it repeatedly, you will never appreciate your accomplishments.

If you don't have to struggle to win, to succeed and to be great, then that means you don't want to be successful.
You have to keep in mind the difference between failing to be great and failing to even attempt being great. You learn a lot from trying your very best and realizing your very best isn't good enough -- yet.

Now, have you ever ask your self why you fail? And how you can fix it?

Why we fails goes thus;

• Lack of conviction

• Dismissal of Past Mistakes
• Lack of Discipline
• Poor Self-esteem
• Fatalistic Attitude.

Now ask yourself this Questions;

• What's one thing i can learn from this?
• What one thing i can do differently next time?
• How can i adjust my course to avoid making same mistakes and do better next time?

Take some time with these questions and be honest with yourself as you answer them.

So how do we fix them?

What's needed is a smart and self kind way to handle such situations instead of letting them less to vicious self-beatings and for them to drag you down into negativity for years.

• Accept How You Feel

• Remember You Are Not a Failure
• Learn From This Situation
• Let it Out Into The Light
• Find Inspiration and Support
• Take Actions and Move Forward
• Improve Your Self-esteem.

By doing all this, failure won't become something that will easily drag you down and you will recover more quickly if you encounter one.
