Steemit Monthly Author Challenge #11 - Day 25||Summer's gone

Today I wrote a post for my challenge and I was stunned to realise how fast time flies. Only few weeks ago we used to wear t-shirts and sandals...and now it's snowing. Beautiful flowers garnished the gardens with their vivid colors...today everything is white and pale.
Time flies and soon enough the sun will shine and flowers will blossoms. Until then, we keep their memory deep down in our hearts.

Time is so fleeting! The dog days of summer always fly by and winter seems to drag its boots in the snow, in my opinion! LOL
We only really have winter here from Jan to maybe the beginning of March but is seems soooo long some years! Lovely yellow flower! Is that the last of the flowers hanging out and waiting for winter to come?

You are so lucky to have only two months of winter. We start wearing boots at the end of September and get rid of them in April. The warm Autumn we had this year was an exception.
This yellow daisy is one of the flowers that defied the season and was stubborn enough to resist until the first snow of the year. I call it my yellow miracle. 🙂
Noooo! Boots September to April?? That is a long time, but, I am sure it makes you appreciate the summer weather even more.

I used to love winters when I was a kid but with the latest climate changes... Sometimes I just wish to have a time machine or better, Captain Planet's powers. 🙂

You are so right my friend soon it will be dusted and gone again and you will be back wearing t-shirts and sandals in the mean time keep that log fire going :)
Yeah... Supposedly an Arctic wave will hit us next few days. I don't believe a log fire would help...burning the house might keep me warm though. 😂
OMG...As if it isn't cold enough without the Arctic wave i would not survive that sought of weather anymore i am a converted tropical boy now :)
