Last Friday I did another Macro shoot using my extension tubes and my 18-55 lens set to 55mm, the use of two small portable led lamps and some different sheets for background. So the preparation was quite good for this shoot the results on the other hand where terrible. I already deleted a lot of shots during the shoot not happy with the results at all. All together I ended up with just a few shots that I still have to insect on the computer. Despite the poor results of the shoot I learned a lot for macro shoots in the future. This shot comes from an earlier test shoot.
I also tried out the three tubes in combination with my 70-300 lens, this resulted in a minimum focus distance somewhere around the 40 centimeter and great magnification but my little tri-pod could not hold this combination steady all the time so I switched back to my little 18-55 lens quite quick.
Have an amazing day!
