Monochrome Monday A Statue in Brooklyn
Monochrome Monday A Statue in Brooklyn
This is a post for Monochromatic ome Monday hosted by @old-guy-photos., a weekly challenge I always try to join, and for this week I will share a few shots of a Statue near the Borough Hall in Brooklyn, mostly in Monochrome.

In the background you can see the Brooklyn City hall which I have done a post on before here which is a classic building and I even had the fountain showing in one of the shots, but I thought the fountain itself has such cool detail and was worthy of a post of its own.

I am not sure how old the fountain is but with the cool ornate detail I suspect it has been around a while but it is good to see it is well mainained and still looking so beautiful.

And I thought i should share a shot showing the full fountain I like this style of fountain witht he three layers of water falling.

And finishing off witht his shot breaking away from Mono, as I felt like adding a splash of color to this post.

I like this fountain, it looks great, excellent photos.
That is a really cool looking fountain! I was always impressed with how much Brooklyn had to offer. I think a lot of people see the other boroughs as lesser compared to Manhattan, but they all have something to offer.
I think Brooklyn is often overlooked DUMBO gets some attributes not to much else there I would love to explore more of it but a bit time is needed more than I generally have on my morning walk 😎
The botanic garden is really nice.
