[Money] has no value other than…

Money has no value besides the value you assign to it. You can do a lot with money, but the most important item you can buy with it is Time.

People around the world is starting to understand that money has no value, and this is also the reason why Bitcoin has become so popular in the last 2 years.

People first asked, what gives Bitcoin value. And then later they start asking what gives the Dollar, or the Euro or the Rand or any currency value.

The value we give to the currency is based on believe. We believe that R100 will give us R100 of petrol when we go the fill up our car’s petrol tank or R100 worth of groceries when we go to the grocery shop. But what if the petrol garage or grocery store says they don’t believe in the Rand or the Dollar, but will only except Bitcoin for example. The price or value of your currency will fall and the price of Bitcoin will go up.
