"Minnow Mondays - Ladies Day Edition" - My Tribute To The Initiative And To 4 Beautiful Posts
I'm a day late (don't tell anyone) but I want to help @amariespeaks to get her initiative going because it supports both newbies and minnows (my friends and my future friends)! I will do only 4 picks because I am already past the deadline but i didn't want to wait another week.
I am repeating in this first week the information from @amariespeaks and @davemccoy because they explain it better than me. But after the intro, I make 4 selections 3 are from minnows and 1 is from a newbie and this is her first day. (stop by and tell @holistik good job, it will mean a lot to her Click Here)
Background of Minnow Mondays
@amariespeaks wanted to support the newbies with her resteems but wanted to do it in a way that "rewards" the best in the class. She wants to pick out a handful of "newbies" and "minnows" and spotlight them to her followers (she's a 56 Reputation so this is quite an honor).

So I want to bring attention to her initiative for 2 MAJOR reasons:

Yay, your first Minnow Mondays post. I saw that you made a comment about doing this event so I had to put in my weekly recap and nudge you a little. :) I'm glad the "gift" is kicking in. I know it's not much but every little bit counts. I don't even have time to post daily and get it for myself. GRR. I look forward to reading more. Maybe you could also do a "Sunday Funday" theme. :)
