The Power of Breath Rejuvenation

A powerful way to start our day could be to spend less than 5 minutes in a simple yet effective meditation technique based on simple breathing. It can be practiced anytime of the day, preferably in the morning. The technique involves practitioner to recites “AUM” in three successive breaths with subtle differences each time. On first breath, spends more time on “O” and then finish by “M”. On second breath, Both “O” and “M” are pronounced equally and then third time, start with “O” and then quickly switch to “M”.
