On the 3rd, 4th and 5th of November the LX Factory in Lisbon, Portugal held the Organii Eco Market. Lucky for me, it was the same weekend STEEMFest was in town for the pop-up Art Gallery. It was a fine market full of artisan foods, handmade items and happy people browsing. Here are some pictures from the gorgeous Sunday afternoon at the LX Factory.
As you can see, it was a bright and sunny day but it was a tad bit windy. It was quite fun watching the merchants try and stabilize their goods from the gusts of wind.
There were women selling jewelry, bags and scarves.
This guy was selling dried and cured meats.
Fresh and Organic Fruits at this stand.
I think these are homemade liquors but I can't read Portuguese...
Many merchants were selling gorgeous ceramics like this stand
This guy was selling fresh herbs. He seemed to like the camera...
This guy was stitching dresses and shirts. It was very cool to see it in action.
This little stand at the end of the factory was selling cocktails and coffee.
A dude was giant selling pina coladas for only 6 Euro.... Had to hop on that offer.
@markwhittam was preaching STEEM and handin' out free beer... took that offer too!
It was a lovely Sunday afternoon at the LX Factory!

I would love to start using @steemitworldmap. I met @martibis at STEEMFest and he was telling me about it. I tried to add the generated code to my post as you can see at the bottom but I don't think it worked... Do you know what I am doing wrong?
It worked cos you got the auto response. However the map is a bit glitchy at the moment and keeps dropping pins. Martibis is in the process of contacting blueorgy about the code.

This was fabulous! It looked plenty chilly out, but, I think that the market offsets any cold weather that may be around.
So, tell me! What did you buy, besides the pina colada? There was so much there, you could not possibly escape without buying something!

Unfortunately the only thing I bought was the pina colada and a really delicious lunch at one of the little restaurants. I did not have many Euros to spend after losing my phone during the week. Thank you so much for the tip and for creating such an awesome tag :)
