New Visitor | Praying Mantis | Should I keep it as a pet?
Hi Steemians! I have a new visitor at my door, A Praying Mantis, hell yeah! Its quite an incredible creature. Frankly, I am delighted to look at its moves. At first look, I was horrified as I didn't see its one of front leg. Immediately, I googled if a mantis can regrow its legs and was relieved that it can. However looking closely afterwards the Mantis had its leg perfectly fine. I was bewildered and happy and cussed him for giving a nasty surprise.
How did I know it was a male? I looked out for information on Mantises and found out that characterstics of Males matches properly. Furthermore, I stumbled upon www.keepinginsects.com and was quite surprised to hear that people keep Mantises as pets and are vesy easy to keep. Whoa! Hmmm!
I have decided to keep him for today and write here on steemit about my encounter. Please suggest if I should keep him as my pet.
