Okay,
You need to know that for your post to be upvoted, it must be visible. Visibility plays a major role/is a major factor in getting you have the chance to be upvoted.
It's also possible your "over 500 followers" are not so active on steemit.
Lastly, to get @busy to upvote you, make sure you use the hashtag "busy" as one of the tags on your posts.
