Diwali is the biggest festival celebrated by Hindus in India. Due to the special festival of Deepes, it was named Deepawali or Diwali. Deepawali means that the drop of the lamp means that the line This festival, decorated with lines of lamps, is called Deepawali. This Mahaparv, celebrated on the new moon day of Kartik, makes the dark night illuminate with innumerable lamps.
