Love is a Miracle Cure for Everything!! Can YOU tell us otherwise??
Love yourself to heal and expand your life in every way.....
Every negative emotion, feeling, or thought can be replaced with love. You do not need to be sad, feel guilty, hate or be angry in life, it has no benefit to you at all. When your in a loving state you will make the best decisions, have the most energy, create relationships, and allow for all great things to come into your life.
When you do not love yourself (even if it subconsciously) you will most likely criticizing and beating yourself up, creating very negative patterns and feelings. You could be getting by living your life this way but you are very likely hurting your progress and crushing your dreams. Not to mention all the health problems creating when you do not have an appreciation for yourself or your environment.
Love does really relieve tensions and will take off a ton of stress on your body. It will heal your body this way and stop your mind from swarming negative thoughts. It will improve, develop, and resurrect relationships that have ended through negatives emotions such as pride.
Love is truly a miracle cure for everything!!
This does not include vanity, arrogance, or being stuck up, for that is not love. Love is about having a great respect for ourselves and a gratitude for the miracle of our bodies and minds. Love is appreciation to such a degree that it fills your heart to bursting and overflows.
Love can go in any direction. You can feel love for:
The very process itself.
The joy of being alive.
The beauty you see.
Another person.
Knowledge.
The process of the mind.
Our bodies and the way they work.
Animals.
The universe.
And so on....
Replace negative emotions and thoughts with LOVE... your world will thank you!
