Awesome post Jlufer and the pics are off the hook. I'm going to Rome next year, and it'll be my first time visiting Italy and this post just makes me want to leave now. Back in London I used to have an Italian live with me and he used to cook the best spaghetti carbonara, even used to cut the garlic with a razor blade, which must be an Italian thing?
