Day 511 | Saturday Reps


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I will make a habit again out of making Saturdays into days where I do some reps on my Power Station. It is really the best day for that since I'm basically in my pc room From 09:30 to 23:30 non-stop busy betting often time getting something to eat or going to the toilet. Each time when I come back I can do some quick reps and they tend to add up over the day.

I bought my magnetic draw board just for this and have underused it as of late. It is a great tool to keep track though. The total amount is nothing spectacular but it's at least a start. Maybe one day I will break my previous record of doing 500 push ups in a day.


I did eat quite a bit on saturday even though it was all healthy so I'm way behind on my probably too optimistic goal. I'll see if I can do a day of fasting on sunday
