How To Be Productive And Get Motivated In The Morning
Imagine if you woke up every morning excited and motivated to work towards and even achieve some of your short and long term goals. You wake up and get a morning workout in, plan your day out and work on your most important task of the day first, and you see some results. Sounds like a pretty good morning doesn't it. If you put these simple tips i'm about to tell you in your daily routine I guarantee you, that you will start seeing some progress to your life goals.
GET PHYSICAL
The first and best thing to do every morning to get motivated and become more productive is to break out a sweat! That's right exercise!
By exercising your body will create a hormone called endorphin that will make you feel happy and excited! Also by exercising it will relieve any tension and make you become more alert through out the day!
If you don't have time to get to the gym in the morning you can just stretch and go for a short walk or even a home workout. Just spend 15-20 minutes working out in the morning and you will get your blood pumping and feel more energized.
IMPROVE YOURSELF
Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection - Mark Tawin
You have to spend time to improve yourself. The best time to do that is in the morning. Typically in the morning there is less distractions.
When everyone else is sleeping you are up and working on improving your knowledge and skills.
What if you read a book in a week? Within a year, you will have read 52 books. Most people never read a book after their school years. Can you imagine how power and life-changing this habit would be? you could become one of the most knowledgeable and top people in your field if you put the ideas and what you have learned into action. - Josh Hinds
Coffee!
Sometimes you need that extra boost and to waken you up a little bit more. Coffee will give you a choice to get work done and have more energy or feeling tiered and having no energy. Id drink the coffee!
THE BIG TASK FIRST!
Tackle your most important and hardest task you have of the day first thing. Once its out of your way you will feel like your day will go by a lot smoother. You'll be able to tackle your other tasks a lot easier as well!
DON'T HIT SNOOZE
Most successful people wake up around 5 am, most will spend their time working out, while others spend their time to read, some even do their most important work at these hours.
When you get up early and work toward achieving your dreams, you are on top of your competitors. You will be able to do more and produce more results than most ordinary people who choose to sleep late.
Make it a habit to wake up early and chase your dreams.
TAKE BREAKS
Success is not a destination, but a journey. It will take time to accomplish big goals and achieve big dreams. So don't forget to recharge and relax.
When you focus on your work, you will use up your willpower. The longer and more brain juice you use, the more you will consume your willpower. This is why we need to take breaks to refresh our creativity and replenish our energy. - Josh Hinds
Final
You made it this far in my post. It is now up to you on what you want to do with this information I just shared with you. Let me know what your plan is to change your morning routine in the comments below.
Also when you work out you increase testosteron and dopamine. And that's some good stuff! I wouldn't recommend people much coffee though. Maybe 1 or 2 a day tops. Always keep in mind if your grandfather didn't eat or drink it.. Then you probally shouln't neither. Bless
You're definitely right there! I try to limit myself to 2 cups a day! :)
Just to be clear I love coffee:)
who doesnt! Gave you a follow for coffee!!
Done , give me a follow for coffee :) D
haha done!
Thanks for sharing your best tips! I am terrible with being productive in the morning, but I will try do to some exercise tomorrow morning to see if that will wake me up a bit ;)
I'm terrible at being productive in the morning as well, but after I started doing these tips I find that im a genuine more happy person. I got the coffee part down pat!
so any news, I have to say its hard to get in the habit, takes about 1-2 weeks and if you stick to it for a few months later its very easy to return. If you go to bed early its normal even , As @markush said your grandfather didnt drink coffee :D and mine neither , no cigarettes , no alcohol , but the point was , he gets up very early and it's normal if you live a "natural" life , ie no electricity and no "system" , you just follow the circadian rhythm , go to bed at 8 get up at 5 :D , for me its very hard , with the computer for one it tends to keep me in a in-between state , I'm sleepy and tired but I don't go to bed because of the "stimulation" it's like that with everything that demands attention , books are more fun tho, kinda let you explore on your own and slow down and get a better perspective, sometimes at least.
So its a matter of habits, if you are in the habit of waking up late you will tend to do that and anything will be hard for you since the brain has been wired to do that easily.
check my 2nd post if you wish , it's not as clean as I would like in formatting , but I wrote it quite early in the evening if you know what I mean :) , anyway there is some wonderful material on movement and the brain if you want to watch, and as I've said there I love the channel at YT

I want to explore these subjects deeper , but I'm missing on time and it's hard to juggle many things at once , I can't even keep up with posting regularly. Writing takes hours for me and commenting afterwards and curating even more :D .
Thanks for the tips! Might have to give them a try!
you should :)
great write , perfectly described my morning habits , I can add 1-2 , but you have given people enough and more than I would have though of :) , would you mind taking a look at my posts , i have 4: 1 on mastery , 1 on life , kind of like this , just longer and with nor real point :D and one on steemit and community and so far one on all the rest , relaxation basically, might find it interesting , don't judge me , I praise critique :) so the more people see it the better , more I can learn
