It's getting tougher to have a fulfilling life in our culture with each passing year it seems. I'm seeing a huge correlation between the addiction epidemic and this exact problem you have explained here. When we have our needs met, most of us will choose a life of sobriety and success. Since we can't even get the basic need of pair bonding taken care of the chances to get the other things that make a person feel good and happy are almost nonexistent.
It's a shame, I'm glad your trying to help my good man though for sure. Lord knows we all need it here. Merry Christmas bud.
It's difficult to overestimate how deeply we are impacted by the profound derangement of the natural pair-bonding behaviour our species requires. Sometimes I feel like I'm breaking out of those Russian dolls, and each time I get out of one, I find I'm in an even bigger one.
Society is becoming increasingly unstable at an accelerating rate, I believe. We get wrapped up in our particulars, and don't look at the wider picture, until something alarming happens, and we realize all sorts of things have been happening while we were unawares that led to it.
I think a great many people are going to find themselves alarmed fairly soon, as they did in France. The gas tax wasn't what deranged the French, it was a trigger that revealed a lot of things that had been happening incrementally.
Guys don't go MGTOW until such a moment occurs to them, and it's so beyond normal behaviour for H. sapiens that they are extremely alarmed to take such action.

Hey, @valued-customer. Just went to reply to a comment you made on another steemian and found I was un-followed. Strange shit. This is now a definite recurring pattern. Anyway, I commented on freeborneangel. Not down with the whole commie antifa thing, use of commie tactics, trying to divide and confuse patriots.
Humans are different from animals because they have the ability to control their appetites, including that of sex. Not all humans, however, develop skills to control their appetites. The modern European is indoctrinated into believing that his appetite can not and ought not to be controlled. Thus, the rampant sexualization of young girls and encouragement to engage in sexual activity at ever decreasing age. The reason for modern European rulers being unable to control their appetites is not because they are alphas, but because they are gammas and omegas ennobled to their positions by mercantile betas.
Europe is a cesspool of degenerate vices because they have established a sociopolitical system, in which ignorant and undeserving muck rise to positions of power. The very idea that those who have not even the slightest capacity to control themselves ought to be given "freedom" to become even more degenerate beasts is anti-human and anti-social. Dogs and cats are trained to behave in acceptable fashion, so too the lower humanoids must be kept in their place, with external rules and limits, lest society degenerate into chaos.
The technical utopia that many think will "free" them from masters will only enslave them to their own addictions. When worthless drones dictate social policies, civilization will surely end. The future of technical "freedom" is a renewed dark age of man, fragmented and separated, eating each other for sustenance, and raping each other for entertainment.

Edit: I must have been unclear in my essay about the difference between Alphas and psychopaths. They share some traits, however Alphas will not be without the capacity for empathy, an ennobling trait. That is broken completely in psychopaths, and sociopaths to varying degrees.
While villages in the neolithic may have been led by Alphas, they may also have been led by Betas, who would better manage the administration of the village and it's resources. Alphas are poor leaders outside of physical battles, after all. Psychopaths were also just as likely to have been able to seize power in such environments as they are now, albeit with tells far easier to discern, and be much easier to remove given the vastly less power a chief had compared to a bankster today.
I wrote a wall of text, and while I expect there are more than just 4 classes of people that I treated in the essay (Alphas, Betas, Women, and Psychopaths), I didn't extend it by making it more complex. It's really intended to be no more than a starting point for discussions, not an exhaustive treatise, nor a definitive description.
However, I urge a little thought experiment.
Consider that happy future when humanity is technologically empowered to resist enslavement to such thugs and their social control. Any who are incapable of nominal self restraint, whether of lust and rapine, or addictive drugs, or anything whatever, will be empowered to utterly and fully indulge such desires unto death.
Except rape, of course, as in such a society potential victims will be unassailable from rapists just as much as from tax collecting thugs.
So, those poor malformed people will overdose and die.

We both agree upon the necessity of putting the peasants in their place; we only disagree upon the method. Your technical utopia enslaves the drones using and encouraging their addictions and vices; our vision enslaves them using the more conventional methods of sociocultural institutions. In the end, we both envision ourselves holding the strings of power.
The meritocratic fools of the West believe that they hold the reigns of power because of their proficiency with tools and gadgets. The meritocrats are nothing more than instruments to be wielded by their betters. He who wields a sword is but a weapon to be used; he who wields men, wields worldly power. It seems that you've taught your sons to master themselves, but have you taught them to wield others, as one would a sword?
I would like to point out that I foresee people choosing their own place, rather than compelling them to occupy one to my preference. While not everyone is capable of surviving their choices, those that so remove themselves from the genepool are not the responsibility of others to somehow preserve, not even via profitable enslavement. Absent responsibility for their choices is also absent authority over them.
While it is easy to consider something like the internet a bunch of gadgets, in fact speed of light global communications is a radical paradigm shift in more than one way. It utterly changes what society can be, and does so whether we like the change or not. The technological frontiers being trod now include things like 3D printing, CRISPR, and aquaponics, all of which are social epiphanies rather than just gadgets.
Amongst the effects of such technology concatenating will be means of securing one's person and effects, property and family, from armed assault. The power over persons necessary to compel their obedience will no longer exist when this technology has come to fruition, and persuasion will be the closest one will be able to come to wielding others.
The only strings of power I will hold will be those that govern myself, and that same power will devolve to one and all, in time. Those that would coerce others to dance to their tugs and yanks on their strings will neither wield such power you see as essential.
You, fortunately, are highly lucid, and your mastery of the written word is superlative. While you may not be able to wield power via hordes of minions in days to come, you are certain to gain it by persuasion.
You shall have to be content with that.
Men delude themselves into believing in the fantasy of "choosing" their fates through "freedom" of action. Water sinks to the level of its competence, and much of a man's position is determined even before his birth. No amount of effort, time, or information will overcome a man's blood heritage to change his class. Those who excel at any given field, be it sports, entertainment, technical mastery, or politics, are at the extreme end of the standard deviation. No amount of external, artificial methods can ever overcome the blood inheritance of the average man into competing at the level of those who are placed at the extreme end of the standard deviation. The modern humanist drivel about man's "choices" and "freedoms" are nothing more than a cruel joke with the poor mediocrities as the butt of that joke.
All men are placed in their respective classes as their creator intended. Men must be taught to accept their place in the sociocultural hierarchy and perform their duties, if they are to live fulfilled and purposeful existence. To have peasants waste their lives in fantasies of political, social, or economic influence is the surest path to creating a society of endemic mental illness. If your child was low IQ, would you as a parent fill his head with the nonsense of a life as an elite literati? If your breed was deficient in physical prowess, would you as a parent fill you child's head with the drivel of a life as an elite athlete? Man ought to know his place and his limitations. Assigning men to their class and station, in which they are suited, is not tyranny, but charity.
No amount of technical advancement will change the fact that men are distributed in a bell curve. Some are born to rule, others to serve. When humanity rebelled against nature and sinned against their creator by perverting the social order, gnomes rose to power and civilization has been dying ever since.
This is exactly why it is unprofitable to enslave others. To do so is to compel those more competent than mere shovels or monkeys to descend to such incompetence, and this wastes resources that can be more profitably expended. While primitive technology provides no real cost to this to outweigh the investment, better tools will.
This charity of barbarism to the scum floating on the surface of the pond of muck will be too unprofitable, as better means of providing charity to them will eventuate.
I disagree. When the singularity does level the playing field, the differences between men and ants will be less than the increase in the ability of every one of us, and the disparity between the least and best of us will vanish in the noise.
We must look beyond the confines of our earthen walls, to the vista that dawns before us. What has been is no more than children playing in the dirt. Heaven itself awaits. The heavens beckon.
