The consequential role of sleep in our lives

Improper sleep at night can affect you mental health. If you do not get enough sleep, then change some of your habits.

Do not exercise before sleeping. This affects sleep. Exercise only in the morning for good sleep.

Does not sleep properly at night?
It may be due to some of your own habits. Just like the healthy balance diet and exercise is essential for the body every day, taking sleeping seven to eight hours in the same way is also necessary to stay mentally healthy. A slight disturbance in sleep increases physical and mental problems. Not enough sleep affects your routine too. If you eat late in the night, then change this habit.
After eating at 10 o'clock at night, some people may experience sleep problems.
However, due to work pressure it is not possible to take dinner till 10 o'clock, even then try to eat till 9.30.

Many times the problem of Heartburn increases by eating citrus fruits such as oranges or grapes at night. It can cause sleep problems. Many times people go to sleep without eating or eating more than they do. Avoid eating more. Should eat one hour before sleeping , If you drink coffee before sleeping, do not do it. Increases the existing caffeine alertness in it, causing sleep disruption. At that place of coffee, eat a piece of chocolate.

I am a victim of this problem. I find it hard sleeping at nights, sometimes i will be up playing music or reading news off my computer.

I think i now know a reason why i have this problem. I most times eat very late at night, and from your post, it's unhealthy. I'll change my eating timetable and see what changes it will bring to my sleeping habit.

If I may respond to that. Reading from a computer isnt working at all. Phones and computers have this blue light which will keep you awake longer. That's why specialist tell people to avoid using their phone before sleeping time.

OMG it is like you are spying on me. I haven't sleep in months and I'm participation in most of the bad habits you lay out above. But at least I know with dicipline and common sense I can beat this affliction lol
