Well, I'm 47 and yesterday I went for a surf down at Torquay and thoguht, fuck I'm fit enough for my age, and so glad I'm still doing that. Couldn't do it without yoga. But the thing is, I love these activities and love the way they make me feel, so maybe you have to do something that you love and makes you feel good? Plus, stubbornness - you have to make a decision and be bull headed about it and reprimand yourself if you don't.
