Working in a non centralised and distributed peer to peer online work place can be very interesting. I am finding that sometimes it really does feel like two steps back and one step forward, it is in some ways very similar to having a mature relationship, sometimes people have good days and sometimes they have bad. Working in that type of environment and in that type of relationship requires a presence of mind that I am still learning to cultivate one in which you unquestioningly accept the actions of others and move forward only in the case where you can provide constructive criticism is it ok to critique at all and even then you must do so in a diplomatic fashion as some people take criticism differently then others.

I do my best to accept all criticism with an open mind but sometimes of course my ego flares up and I need to remember to breath, taking a reactionary course results in egotistical decisions and is often not good for any parties involved. As I said however I am still learning to cultivate this mindset, and I will continue to do so. I hope everyone is having a wonderful holidays.
