Unsaid (An Original Poem)
She preferred rivers to oceans
the torrent of emotions and
experiencing of life in waterfalls
was so much more alluring
than devotion to dew on your morning skin
She used to tell me how
she preferred poetry to prose
the unimaginable imagined
within the span of a couple moans
rather than emmersing herself
into prolonged serenity of pause
I never told you how
I preferred your eyes to your lips,
the need for escape more evident
than the scars on your skins
and in the end you lived
reveling in all that you loved.
Cascading through emotions
Consumed by words Unsaid.
