How do you organize and optimize ideas?

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Sometimes when we are in a state of relaxation, a lot of ideas appear in our minds, including what may be valuable and some of which have no value to remain a mere idea. But when you try to find a solution to a problem, too many thoughts come to mind so that you can not concentrate on reaching a final solution so we wrote this article to help you sort your thoughts

First, before you arrange your thoughts, you must first remember them. These observations must be implemented so that you can gather the largest amount of ideas in your mind.

Keeping ideas without forgetting:

1- Keep a small note inside the car:
You can not set the date when thoughts come to your mind so you should keep a pen and a small note in the car so you can write your thoughts before you forget it.

2- Write it on your smartphone:
If you do not like the paper and the pen and want to keep all your thoughts in one place in front of your eyes you can download any application that allows writing on the smartphone to be used to write down your thoughts as soon as they are in your mind

3- Send an email to yourself:
Open your e-mail and write your own E-mail message that contains all the ideas you think about, and the weakness in keeping the drafts until you return them whenever you need to

4- Place a pen and paper near the bed:
Usually thoughts flow in your mind in special relaxation situations before sleep so you can put a pen and a small note to write down everything that comes into your mind even if it is just a diary but it is useful for the mind and mind

Ideas remain just useless dreams without being implemented and the first thing you can start with is to arrange ideas. If the ideas are random, there is nothing wrong with them, but if the ideas in solving a problem should be arranged in a good way to be able to extract the solution from them. You should know that if you want to clarify the matter, you should not try to pressure your brain cells in order to arrange your thoughts inside and you will not get from this method except to hit the wall, fatigue and headache

5- Use sticky note:
Buy a sticky note and write your thoughts on it and paste it in front of your eyes so that each group has its own collection

6- Draw a map of the mind:
The mind map is an effective way of connecting thoughts to each other. Start by drawing a circle containing one idea of ideas in the middle of the paper and then draw several lines out of the circle towards the edge of the paper and start writing all that can relate to the idea to implement. Keep doing this on all ideas so you get links and then arrange them as they should

7- Use the drawing to brainstorm ideas:
Use shapes and colors to write down your thoughts and write everything related to the whole list in front of your eyes so that you can arrange them

8- Creative Writing:
Close your phone Put your computer on sleep mode and sit near a table where you put a paper and a pen and start a letter book for yourself as a friend Search describe in this speech everything you want to say

9- Scheduling Ideas:
Imagine that you are making a book of your ideas and putting them in the index of the book

10- Make a schedule:
It is important to put your thoughts on a schedule so that you set yourself up to the commitment to achieve them

11- Speak to yourself and record this conversation:
Speak to yourself aloud with sound recording for yourself. This gives you some comfort and clarity of mind and makes you feel as if you are talking to a real friend. Do not listen to the recording immediately Leave it two or three days and then start hearing it again and you will find that thoughts enter your head differently

12- Activities that do not require brain activity:
It is important that the brain relaxes so that the nerve cells change to reconsider your thinking and thoughts again. Such as sewing, knitting and scribbling on paper without writing anything specific, cleaning the room or folding clothes. Then you can transfer your thoughts to paper

13- Sit and meditate:
You can sit and think about anything you love to give you the ability to look at your thoughts from another perspective helps you to arrange and find a solution after which you can resort to paper and pen

14- Sleeping:
When you find that everything is closed in your face then you can pray to God and then sleep nap for two hours or sleep any extension you want then will restore the nerve cells arrange themselves again to find yourself in front of new ideas Arrange what you want

15- Walk and exercise:
When you go out for a walk and breathe in the air and change the workplace can put you in front of a lot of good ideas and carry with you paper and pen and start writing the way you want.
