Advantages of Work Experience before Deciding On a Career

Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share on my blog.
So the topic for today is "Work experience".
As a mother of 3 adult children and now a grandmother of 6, the choice of work experience before deciding on a professional career is vital to the person's attitude towards her. Not only does he present the idea of making money for them, but he teaches them the basics of how to serve others. They learn to work with colleagues, to be structured in their work ethic and to please their boss. They also enjoy privileges and get involved in things like punctuality.
Children rarely know what they want to do with their lives between 14 and 15 years of age. This is the intermediate stage between childhood and adulthood, which for many is a confusing moment. They are also developing in the body and need clothes to support their growth. With a job they can buy their own sets and learn independence.
There are many other benefits that such a position will give them. Increasing self-esteem is probably one of the most important, along with meeting new people and, hopefully, your first dating partner. Having money in your pocket to carry it, in the case of a man, is a great advantage. Women, on the other hand, can buy feminine makeup, perfume and things so that they feel comfortable and good within themselves.
Children who miss these things may not have the self-esteem and experience behind them to approach employers once they settle into a career. Many college graduates fall into this category. Even with degrees or doctorates there are many among them who remain unemployed.
The final result is to make the effort both on the part of the father and the child to involve them in ideas related to work experience and the rest will follow. As your confidence increases, so does your interest in selecting the right career path, even if it is one to which you can not adhere. Changing careers is now easier than ever, so you can choose at any time in your life to vary what you are involved with.
