How To Be Happy ?
In modern society, everyone is disturbed and they all need peace in mind. People don't know why they are disturbed in mind it may on various reasons. All the time we are running after something to achieve or get success and keeps us busy and getting upset within ourselves.
Basically students are running after getting more marks, businessmen to make more money, people who are doing service are interested in yearly increment and promotion; all are competing with each other.
According to my, I feel it is incorrect, we must not compete with others. Every individual is different, competition between two is possible only when two or more identically the same which is impossible. Everyone has their own limits and capacity.
One thing we should remember that getting success or to earn huge money is not happiness. Many people are rich momentarily but not happy. Sometimes we are confused with happiness and comfort, people think having a big house and a costly car may bring happiness.
BUT NO - It brings comfort in life but may not be able to bring HAPPINESS !
Happiness must come from inside of everyone, happiness or sadness are created by ourselves. These don't depend on others but it wholly and solely depends on individuals. So if we think whatever the situation comes we have to face with a smile then we can very easily overcome any situation and can be happy each and every moment !
So, we all should create happiness within ourselves and enjoy every moment we come across in our lives.
