Seven cardinal rules for life / Las siete reglas básicas de la vida
Happy Monday for all my followers and new Steemians who have joined us today to our community.
Feliz Lunes para todos mis seguidores y para todos los nuevos Steemians que se han unido hoy a nuestra comunidad.
I want all of us to start this weekend with a text I found in one of my social media accounts – by the way, the author of this one is unknown; I already tried to find out who wrote it in order to respect copyright. I found it very interesting ‘cause we sometimes forget what is really important in our lives, so I hope these words are valuable and remind you what you should do from now on (at least, that’s my goal today with this post).
Quiero que todos nosotros empecemos esta semana con un texto que encontré en una de mis cuentas de redes sociales – por cierto, el autor de este texto es desconocido; ya traté de encontrar quién lo escribió para respetar el derecho de autor. Me pareció muy interesante porque a veces olvidamos lo que es realmente importante en nuestras vidas, así que espero que estas palabras sean valiosas y que te recuerden lo que debes hacer de aquí en adelante (al menos, esa es mi meta de hoy con este post).

Así que, con ustedes… Las siete reglas básicas de la vida.
1. Make peace with your past so it won’t disturb your present.
Haz las paces con tu pasado, para que no te arruine el presente.
2.What other people think of you is none of your business.
Lo que otros piensan de ti no es tu incumbencia.
3. Time heals almost everything. Give it time.
El tiempo cura casi todo. Dale tiempo.
4. No one is in charge of your happiness, except you.
Nadie es responsable de tu felicidad más que tú mismo.
5. Don’t compare your life to others and don’t judge them. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
No compares tu vida con la de otros, y no los juzgues. Tú no tienes ni idea de cuál es el propósito de su camino.
6. Stop thinking too much. It’s alright not to know the answers. They will come to you when you least expect it.
Deja de pensar tanto. Está bien no tener todas las respuestas. Estas vendrán a ti cuando menos te lo esperes.
7. Smile. You don’t own all the problems in the world.
Sonríe, tú no tienes todos los problemas del mundo.
