I'm a grumpy cat lady and everything seems to annoy me these days, from people making unnecessary noises to the state of world politics. As I get older, I find that I am more impatient and less understanding. Keeping an open mind is just as hard as maintaining a consistent waistline. Let's face it, it's hard to look at the bright side when you constantly deal with life's annoyances.

When you're in a state of tiredness or in a stressful situation, you can get easily annoyed with little things. But getting into this mindset only makes things even more stressful. Getting constantly annoyed is not good for your well-being either. You only become less happy and less pleasant to those around you.

Anyway, I'm still going to share some of the things that annoy the hell out me. I don't mean to make you aware of these annoying things and let you be on constant alert for disappointment. But maybe you can share how you deal with life's little annoyances.

1. Disappearing keys, cellphone, and wallet just before I leave the house. The most annoying thing is to look for something that I have just placed somewhere the last minute. They do disappear just when I'm in a hurry or about to leave.

2. Missing socks - I wrote about this many times in the past because it is damn so annoying to get a random sock without its partner all the time. Yes, there must be a mysterious sock universe somewhere.

3. Slow walkers - some people are like walking on the moon. I'm sure there's a designated place for slow walkers like a park or something.

4. Barking dogs outside - they just don't stop barking, do they? It is so annoying especially when I am working on my computer or trying to concentrate.

5. Seen Zone - isn't it annoying when you're asking something and the other person puts you on the seen zone? Why even bother clicking the message box if you are not going to reply? Some people just love to be important.

6. Those who don't do what they say they will do - breaking a promise or not being true to your word is the most annoying thing in the world, especially if it's something really important. You just lose your trust.

7. My cat leaving 3-4 pieces of cat food after eating - come on Feliz, why not finish everything? The ants are coming.

8. Holier than thou people - I hate it when I'm surrounded by people who seem like they are writing trip advisor reviews about themselves. They have nothing positive to say or they just like to promote themselves nonstop.

9. Posts with Dtube or Dlive videos Ok, this is probably just me. Dtube and Dlive are just not working for me. Please put include Youtube videos as well.

10. Newsletter or sign up for something pop-up - You can't just read an article online without being bugged by these annoying pop-ups.

11. Bad customer service - believe me, in other parts of the world, there are people who do not get proper wages to be able to smile to customers. There's the sales lady who looks like she's bothered and does not want to sell me something.

12. Picky eaters and those people shouting out they are vegan - this is what people tell you the most even if you are not asking.

13. Noisy kids running around - and those parents who cannot control their children in public. I can't imagine having kids.

14. My cat meowing incessantly - for no reason. It's not yet even meal time. The cat probably just need some attention and affection.

15. Steemit's trending page - it is sure annoying to see when shitposts make $$$$ and when that amount of money can make a big difference in my life.

16. When I forget to buy the one thing I need - No doubt one of the most annoying things in the world. Coming back home and realizing I forget to buy something.

17. Computer starts updating when I'm in a hurry - Computers know when you're about to leave.

18. Slow internet - I don't know how am I going to live with slow internet. Anyway, I'll cope for now.

19. When I'm excitedly telling a story and nobody's listening - I just like talking to myself.

20. When someone is going to tell you something then say, nevermind - it's like offering me a candy but you won't give it, don't keep my hopes up!

21. Someone is patiently waiting for me to decide what to order - I need to get my indecisive shit in order when ordering food.

22. Untangling my earphones - there must be a permanent solution to this universal problem.

23. When the mobile network operator remembers to send me a text - I don't like it when I hear a notification and it's just some promo alert.

24. When I lie awake at night - and seeing other people fall asleep easily.

25. Cooking too little or too much pasta - I just want to get it right the next time around.
