How To Find True Love
Life is govern by laws and most especially the law of attraction which applies in relationships. The law of attraction brings together people of similar class, needs, interest, characters and objectives. So when someone proclaims love, there is need to weigh and examine the attraction behind such declaration. There is a need to examine every decision in the light of love and don’t be carried away by passions. Love is from the heart and expressed outwardly through communication, listening, giving, caring, kindness, patience, honesty, faithfulness, openness, modesty, self-control, and understanding. These listed attributes of love is the key in attraction, anything outside those are short lived and won’t stand the test of time. To attract the right partner, one must have the right attitudes. At this stage one has to be careful to look inwards for the right qualities and not at outwards things like money, cars, houses, holidays, and outwards look. This is the trap so many people fall into, and it is similar to missing the signpost on a journey. Let your relationship start on the right foundation otherwise it fall quickly. Having the right character is the key in attracting sustain any relationship.

I would say there isn't really a "need" to examine all the decisions, although Socrates did say: "The unexamined life is not worth living." There are plenty of people in the world that do not practice rigorous metacognition, planning, or reflection. In the modern mindset, romanticism seemingly reigns supreme. In plenty of people's minds, being carried away by passions is "true love." This isn't to say that either way is right or wrong, as many people have achieved happiness and what they call love through either path.
