1 . Always think in a positive way:

When active, the subjects walked as often as they could, averaging more than 17,000 daily steps, and ended up sitting for a total of roughly eight hours a day on average; when sedentary, they sat for 14 hours or so.
On the evening of the fourth day, the men ran for an hour, and the next morning they ate a high-fat, sugary breakfast — basically “ice cream and half and half,” says Edward F. Coyle, a professor of kinesiology and health education at the University of Texas and senior author of the study.



In one of their earlier studies, the researchers found that this workout leads to a healthful reduction of triglycerides — fats associated with heart disease that enter the bloodstream after meals — following the next morning’s breakfast. And indeed, when the men were regularly active and ran, their bodies reproduced this same healthful effect. But when the men instead sat for 14 hours a day, running did not bring down the high levels of triglycerides in their blood.
It is best to take breaks every 45 minutes as well as exercise to accelerate blood circulation and introduce oxygen to the body.




3 . Drink a large amount of water per day:




Health benefits of water:

Water is your body's principal chemical component and makes up about 60 percent of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells, and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.
Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired, the body will not be able to complete its tasks and the mind will not be able to function properly without sufficient water. So, drink six to eight glasses of water a day, as well as some foods that help to secure the amount of water necessary for the body.




4 . Exercise and practice yoga:






When it came to the fitness benefits, yoga can or can't provide, yoga teacher John Schumacher had heard it all. A student of B. K. S. Iyengar for 30 years and founder of the Unity Woods studios in the Washington, D.C. area, Schumacher was convinced yoga provides a complete fitness regime. But many people, even some of his own students, disagreed. Yoga might be good for flexibility or relaxation, they'd say, but to be truly fit, you had to combine it with an activity like running or weight lifting. Schumacher just didn't buy it.

He knew three decades of yoga practice—and only yoga practice—had kept him fit. He didn't need to power walk. He didn't need to lift weights. His fitness formula consisted of daily asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathwork). That's all he needed.
Breathing and meditation exercises practiced during yoga classes help strengthen the body's immunity, not to mention its ability to fight microbes and avoid heart disease and obesity. Exercise also reduces stress and stress and reduces the risk of cancer and osteoporosis.





5 . Follow a healthy diet:






Developing healthy eating habits isn’t as confusing or as restrictive as many people imagine. The essential steps are to eat mostly foods derived from plants—vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes (beans, peas, lentils)—and limit highly processed foods.
The reduction of calories per person per day contributes to maintaining good health, which reduces cholesterol and fat levels in the body. Also, avoid sweets and sugars and try replacing them with proteins in eggs and milk products as much as your body needs them and try to eat fresh fruits .




6 . Try to build friendships and strengthen social relationships:




Social relationships increase body immunity and reduce the risk of disease and inflammation. Studies also show that the risk of heart disease increases to 50 percent in people without many friends and few social relationships.
The existence of true friendship in each person's life is necessary. Studies have shown that the presence of a true friend in every person reduces about 25% of the diseases of the immune system and atherosclerosis because unity, introversion and living without the owner make the individual away from everything around him as if in a sick shell And thus the incidence of many diseases.
