One of the big lessons we learn in life sometimes too early or too late is to always focus on the lesson not the person. We should learn to focus on the situation and not the persons that is involved in person of friendships, relationships, business and so on. Often times we focus more on the parties involved and less attention on what was done and how affected we are by it all. We miss out on a lot of situations via understanding and learning the lessons surrounding it. We are so engrossed with spending time on who did what while completely skipping the importance of these moments.

We are too busy been upset with “the who” and losing focus on the why. There is so much freedom and peace of mind that comes with ignoring the "who said it" and latching unto "what am I learning from this situation." Truly we are human and our egos are easily bruised by people but the main issue is that it is quite difficult and tough to let it slide. So we tend to focus more on the who and ignore any other thing surrounding it. Never let your emotions towards people disrupt/destroy your life. Every situation is a blessing and a learning curve whether good or bad. Do not let hatred or annoyance take away life lessons and gain from you by shying away from their positive message or impact.

Nevertheless, our life is more important than who did what, we have a higher purpose and we need to transcend to a higher place. Stop getting upset at the people and start focusing on the situation and what you need to get out of it because if you do, you will become better than you were and will be more better for it.

Truth sets us free when we learn how to throw away the "mess", take the "message" and move forward. Sometimes it's hard to do this but no one is perfect but always strive to learn and to make peace anywhere necessary. You will grow better and bigger because of this.
