Path along the lake 📷

Rakhmanovskoe Lake is located in the territory of the Katon-Karagai district of the East Kazakhstan region at an altitude of 1760 m, in a narrow valley, sandwiched among the steep wooded slopes of the mountains. Rakhmanovskoe Lake accumulates more than 20 million cubic meters of water.
On the north-western shore of the lake, on a small coastal area, there are warm radioactive sources, which in the local population are called "Arasan" (a warm source). The water temperature in the keys is from 24 to 40 degrees.

High mountain ranges surround the lake from three sides. The mountains are covered with slender larch, cedar, birch, willow. The vegetation of the coastal strip is especially majestic: century-old cedars and dark green spruce fringes its mirror surface. From the trees a lichen-bearded man hangs. Ducks nest on the lake.
